Our client's home had sustained major water damage due to an improperly installed and failed water heater. This was causing mold growth and health concerns for the family.

When we received the call, the client needed not only remediation and renovation, but also help negotiating with the insurance company. They were attempting to award valuation to our client at about 5% of market value pre-loss condition.

At our client's request, we engaged in direct negotiations with the insurer, and secured a payout 20x the initial offer. This allowed our client to go forward with the needed repairs.

We moved all furnishings out of the affected areas, remediated all water damage, dried out the home to ideal humidity levels, and rebuilt to pre-loss conditions.
