Scope of work is at the discretion of MJ Bowman Construction LLC and subject to contractor licensure, material availability, local permitting, and safety guidelines. Winner must own and reside in the home. Services are non-transferable and have no cash value. Entry or selection does not create a binding contract or guarantee of service. Photos or videos may be used for promotional purposes with recipient consent. Void where prohibited.
