Building it Forward Salem

Building It Forward Salem is our way of giving back to the community we proudly serve every day. Each year, we select a local senior, homeowner, or family in need and complete a meaningful home improvement project at no cost to them. We cover everything, including labor, materials, project coordination, and installation. Most importantly, every project is completed to the same high standards we provide for our paying clients.

Our first Building It Forward project included the installation of brand-new, energy-efficient vinyl windows throughout the home. As a result, the homeowner received improved comfort, better energy efficiency, and lower long-term utility costs. From material sourcing to final installation, our in-house team handled every step of the project with care and attention to detail.

The goal behind Building It Forward Salem is simple. We want to take one project each year and make a real difference for someone in our community. No shortcuts. No hidden conditions. Just quality work for people who truly need support.

Looking ahead, we plan to grow the program by partnering with other local businesses that share the same commitment to helping the Salem community. As Building It Forward continues to expand, we hope to increase the impact these projects can have on local families and homeowners in need. This is only the beginning.

I accept the following Terms & Conditions: One (1) recipient will be selected to receive home improvement services valued up to $10,000. Scope of work is at the discretion of MJ Bowman Construction LLC and subject to contractor licensure, material availability, local permitting, and safety guidelines. Winner must own and reside in the home. Services are non-transferable and have no cash value. Entry or selection does not create a binding contract or guarantee of service. Photos or videos may be used for promotional purposes with recipient consent. Void where prohibited.
